He was predeceased by: his son Edward. He is survived by: his wife Norma Perez of Patterson; and his children, Cynthia Perez (Mark) of San Pedro, Janet Katz (Kim) of Modesto, Stephen Perez of Patterson and Devon Perez of Patterson. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; three sisters and one brother.
