She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Sly (Ann), Gregory Sly (Michelle) and Holly Phillips (Chris); her grandchildren, Brittney Amoruso (Anthony), Breanna Perez, Kimberley Sly (Kayla), Joshua Perez, Blake Sly, Ashley Perez and Derek Hamlin; her great grandchildren, Aiden Amoruso and Ava Amoruso; and her siblings, Linda Montgomery (Jerry), Neal Leffel (Delores) and Patti Burns. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
