He is survived by: his wife Ruth Haynes (Walker-Cole); and his children, Vern Jr. (Sandra) of Paso Robes, Lester (Leah) of Balboa Lake, Terry (Michael) of Thousand Oaks, Sheila and Dettra of Paso Robles. He is also survived by 10 grand children, 11 great grandchildren, plus many family and friends.
