He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glenn "Peck" and Marie Morton (Schmidt) of Paso Robles; his former wife Frances Williams of Parkfield; his wife Kimberly Bradley Posey of Santa Cruz; his children, Nancy Morton-Linek (Tom Linek) of Conyers, GA, Karen Hawkins, Janet Morton of Santa Barbara, CA and Mitch Morton of Paso Robles; his stepson Byron Posey of Paso Robles; his grandchildren, Kiel Hawkins (Jennifer), Jason Hawkins, Evan, Jesse Linek, Sierra, James and Cheyanne Posey; his great grandchildren, Aria and Quinn Hawkins; his stepbrother Dr. Ron Morton of Bakersfield; and his son Larry.
