He is survived by: his mother Jane McFarland Caldwell; his wife Kacy; his daughters, Pam Varmette and Kim Caldwell (John Couri) of Virginia; his stepchildren, Chris Simmons (Debbie) and Gena Simmons (Ray Ward); his nephew George Lingenfelter; his niece Julie Kiesel (Eric); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jenny, Ben and Elizabeth; his niece Laura Lauer (Brian); his son Mitchell; his pet Calamity Jane; his sister Jan Lingenfelter; and his niece Lori.
