He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R. Ragland, Sr. and Ada "Collie" Ragland (Bradley). He is survived by: his wife Norene Ragland (White); his children, Frank "Trey" R. Ragland III (Carol) of Conestoga, PA and Anne Ragland MacMillan (Paul) of Oakland, CA; and his grandchildren, Kate, John and Natalie MacMillan.
