She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Schumacher and Elizabeth Schumacher (Skalla); her husband Arthur Kiefer; her sons, James Kiefer and Ronald Kiefer; her siblings, Vincent Schumacher (Ida), Lester Schumacher (Marie), Aelred Schumacher (Madeline) and Maxine Kettenhofen (Robert); and her brother-in-law Justin Christie.
She is survived by: her children, David Kiefer (Ellen) of Chippewa Falls, Lynn Kiefer of Kaukauna, Donna Van De (Terry), Michael Kiefer (Becky) of Monson and Janet Gilbertson (Peter) of Mount Prospect, Illinois; her daughters-in-law, Suzanne Kiefer Rosenberg (Peter) of Augusta, Maine and Sanae Juri Kiefer of Wildwood, Florida.; her sister Mildred Christie; and her sister-in-law Genrose Kiefer. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren. nine great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
