He was predeceased by: his daughter Danelle. He is survived by: his wife Jeanine; and his children, Heather (Aaron O'Farrell), Chris and Teressa (Scott Ludwig). He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many dear friends and family.
