He is survived by: his wife Kimiko Moriyama; his sons, Jeffrey (Michele) and Harvey Moriyama (Karilynn); and his grandchildren, Maxwell, Derek (Nicole), Yoshi, Michael, Kenny, David and Krissa Moriyama. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
