He is survived by: his children, Debbie Kubota (Alan) of Hawaii, Sharon Lee (Allen), Dr. Don (Cheryl) and Ken Kikkawa (Karen); his grandchildren, Kerianne, Cameron, Colin Kubota, Ryan (Courtney), Kelsey Lee, Jason, Claire, Alina, Kendall and Kyla Kikkawa; and his parents, Shoji Kikkawa and Shizue Kikkawa. He is also survived by 4 children.
