He was predeceased by: his wife Hope McLaughlin; and his parents, Ed McLaughlin II and Bette May McLaughlin. He is survived by: his children, Hughes McLaughlin (Kelley), Caitlin McNeil (Kyle) and Jamie McLaughlin; his grandchildren, Lillian-Grace Mclaughlin, Elizabeth-May McLaughlin and Hudson Ryder McLaughlin; his siblings, Ed McLaughlin III (Denise) and Anne Ruttle (Paul); and his aunt Janet Moser. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and very good friends.
