He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Edward James and Jody James. He is survived by: his wife Joy McClendon of Palmdale, California; his brother Anthony James of Lancaster, California; his aunt Lena Williams of San Dimas, California; and his stepchildren, Jamesia Walley, Janevia Taylor of Lancaster, California and James Freeman II of Victorville. He is also survived by grandkids, nieces and cousins.
