He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Shively and Dorothy Shively; and his former wife Elizabeth Shively. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shively; his daughters, Leanne Shively (Scott Harris) and Christine Ward (Joe); and his grandchildren, Kayla Stapleton (Cameron), Christopher Doggett (Justine), Justin Ford and Cassondra Ford. He is also survived by his two great-grandchildren in Alabama as well as twin great-grandchildren.
