He is survived by: his children, Sandra Hill-Herald (Richard), Govan M. Hill, Jr. (Scherita), Glenn A. Hill (Renee) and Sharon Spencer (William); and his siblings, Maurice Hill (Loretta), Charles Brown (Liz) and Gwendolyn Eppright. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
