He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Loudermilk and Adele Loudermilk; his wife Marilyn; his children, George III (Pat Loudermilk), Kristin (Dennis Dodier), Mike (Hye-Young Loudermilk) and Amy Stover (Cory); his siblings, Bonnie Fevergeon (Darrell) and Larry Loudermilk (Joyce); his grandchildren, Mark Jr., Ryan, Josh, Brian, Jeena, Shannon, Ashley and A. J.; and his great grandchildren, Luna and Kowen.
In lieu of giving flowers, the family asks that those who are able instead make a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
