He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy (Ed Kulakowski) and Margie; his grandchild Bryan Middleton; his wife Carin; his great grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Rebecca, Ripley Middleton, Liam, Isla Menoni, Landon and Fiona; his daughter Genevieve Kulakowski; and his father PopPop.
