He is survived by: his wife Alma Ruth Abssy (Hendrich); his sisters, Labibe Khouery of Beirut, Alice Absi of Beirut and Samira Chahine of Beirut; his sons, Michael Abssy of Pasadena and Mark Abssy; his wife Alexis Abssy; and his grandchildren, Miles Abssy of Oradell and Spencer Abssy of Oradell.
