She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Morris and Joseph Morris; her husband Jozef Slowikowski; and her sons, Paul and John.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark and Michael; her grandsons, Alex, Soren and Devin (Olivia); her great grandchild Yuri; her sister Catherine (Jeff); and her daughter-in-law Gail.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 475 Tulipan Way, Talent, OR 97540.
