He is survived by: his wife Ricarda Rodriguez of Parlier; and his children, Efrain Rodriguez of Sanger, Horacio Rodriguez, Jr. of Visalia, Ricardo Rodriguez of Parlier, Rosalinda Borboa of Selma and Diana Alanis of Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
