He is survived by: his wife Carolina Vega De Castillo of Parlier; and his children, Rafael Castillo of Parlier, Marbella Castillo of Parlier, Erica Castillo of Parlier, Armida Castillo of Louisiana, Hortencia Castillo of Fresno and Irma Castillo of Mexico. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
