He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Terheyden and Gertrude Terheyden. He is survived by: his brothers, Rob (Alice), Larry (Marjorie) and Dave (Nina). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, an aunt, and many cousins.
