He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne Bea Thomas; and his brother Jarry Jessen (Dixie Jessen) of Hermiston, OR.. He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Bethard (Cindy) of Dayton, CA and Peter Jessen (Margie Jessen) of Durham; and his children, Michael Jessen (Tami Jessen) of Magalia, Melinda Jenkins (Chuck Jenkins) of Durham, Julie Sears (Boyd Sears IV) of Chico, Teresa Jessen, Keri McIntyre (Joshua Lindsey) of Modesto and Suzie Jessen of Durham.
