She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland Polly and Ida May Ailshire; and her sister Emma Wanida. She is survived by: her husband Betty; and her children, Polly Smith (Jeff), Tom, Richard (Vicki) and George (Adriana). She is also survived by five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
In lu of flowers, her family requests that donations be made to Feather River Hospice.
