He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rex Ernest Buxton and Phyllis Swift Buxton; his wife Ann; his daughter Joya; his granddaughter Vyta; his stepchildren, Brooks Vogt (Christie) and Leslee Dunnigan; his stepgrandchildren, Bryce, Brendan Dunnigan and Brooks Vogt Ill; his brothers, Wayne and Robert "Bob" Buxton; and also Priscilla Buxton (Joe Mundie).
