He was predeceased by: his brother Carl. He is survived by: his sons, Mike (Tracy) of Davis, CA and Chuck (Cathy) of Davis, CA; and his grandchildren, Jenny, Kelsey, Rich and Kyle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
