It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Payne (Palo Alto, California), born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 21, 2018, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her siblings, Melissa Stueve (Jon) of Mountain View, Richard Warren Payne (Katie) of Colorado Springs and Emily Smith (Luke) of Golden. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
