She is survived by: her husband Richard Cassel; her children, Christopher Cassel of Boston, Diana Eppstein of Irvine and Charles Cassel (Chaz) of Santa Clara; her grandchildren, Sara, Timothy Eppstein and Charles Cassel; and her sisters, Beth Banks and Cynthia Blake.
