“Norman Dishotsky was my 1st cousin and my Idol my whole life! Our father's were brother only 13 months apart they were like twins and very close brother's! Even though we lived far apart he was always in my heart and mind! I will grieve his Death as long as I live because he was such a great man, and has a beautiful family I send my love to everyone in his family and all who knew and loved him! No words can express the loss of NORMAN DISHOTSKY!”

“I ha know Norm since 1969 when we were residents in psychiatry together at Medocino State Hospital, and again since 1975 as fellow Stanford adjunct clinical faculty members. I knew him as an outstanding person, dedicated teacher and empathetic clinical psychiatrist. He will be very much missed by me, his colleagues and his patients.
