She is survived by: her son Fred; her grandsons, Gary (Rebbeca) and Evan (Toni); her siblings, Nori Yamashita, Susan Feagley and Saddie Hutton (Doug); her sisters-in-law, Emiko Kaku and Tsuyako Kaku; and her parents, Umezo Kaku and Yana Kaku. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
