It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Ma (Palo Alto, California), who passed away on March 3, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband James Ma; her grandparent Louise Van Arnam; her parents, Fuliang Chang and Louise Huie Chang; her sister Katharine Wang of Silver Spring, MD; her children, Louise of San Francisco, Kathryn (Sanford Kingsley) of San Francisco, Philip (Jennifer Ong) of San Carlos and Christopher (Nathalie Gilfoyle) of Washington, D. C.; and also Menlo Park. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that donations in Margaret's memory be made to help the homeless at LifeMoves, 181 Constitution Drive, Menlo Park, CA 94025, or the International Rescue Committee or American Friends Service Committee.
