He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Atkins (Coleman); his children, Carolyn Sleznikow (Larry) of La Crosse, WI, Robert Atkins of Ashland, OR, Mike Atkins (Dee) of McKinnleyville, CA and Tom Atkins (Yvonne) of Sonora, CA.; his grandchildren, Casey Sleznikow (Bambang Nursuwito), Hannah Sleznikow (Abhishek Bhatnagar) of San Francisco, CA, Chelsey Sleznikow of Port Angeles, WA, Alea, Mariah Atkins of Fort Collins, CO, Isabel and Maverick Atkins of Sonora, CA.; his brothers, Ronald Atkins (Lorraine) of Shingle Springs, CA and Richard Atkins (Kathy) of Tarentum, PA; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Atkins of Tucson, AZ.
