He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Thomas Allan Senior and Stella Aiello; his brother William Thomas Allan Junior; his wife Karen Denise Johnson; his son William; and also Anna Kathleen Allan Banghardt. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

“Joe and I were friends since Middle school, I kept in touch until he died, however, it took a while to find out. He and his wife attended my first marriage as my best man, and I was his best man at his wedding to Karen.
