He is survived by: his wife Toshiko Kosaka; his children, Yun Shaw (Adeline), Arch Shaw (Mary), Gouch Shaw (Joy) and Yun-Chih Shaw (Lori); and his grandchildren, Zachary, Stella and Leo.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Crippen & Flynn Woodside Chapel (400 Woodside Rd, Redwood City, CA 94061).
In Lieu of flowers, donations are preferred in Jong's memory to the Stanford Children's hospital or the charity of your choice.
