He is survived by: his parent Russian Jewish; his wife Gloria; his sons, David, Mark and Jeff; his daughters-in-law, Deborah, Lauren and Helen; and his grandchildren, Joe, Gabriel and Leah.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Jack's name be made to the City College of New York or the School of Engineering at UC Irvine.
