He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Ricky Leeper (Michael Martinez) of Palm Springs, California and Kathleen Mitchell of Vancouver, Washington; and his brother Clifford Leeper of Portland, Oregon. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
