He was predeceased by: his former wife Rose Marie Salgado; his mother Vivian Leo Lyons Salgado; and his siblings, Elenor Dolan, Frank and John Salgado.

He is survived by: his children, Phillip, Rosalee, Michael and Valerie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Social distancing and facial coverings will be required.
