He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Wallace Barnett and Lois Dean Linton Barnett. He is survived by: his children, Michael Andrew Barnett of California, Shelby Barnett of Mt. Sterling, Mackenzi Mallory (Paul) of Stanton and Krana Puckett of Irvine; and his sister Rebecca Bolduc (Alex) of Clay City.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Powell County Homeless Coalition.
