She is survived by: her children, Kathy Kay Fayazrad (Brown) of Palm Springs, California and Charles Dwayne Brown of Oklahoma City; her brother Wayne Andrew Bales of Indiahoma; her son-in-law Amir M. Fayazrad of Palm Springs, California; and her grandchildren, Amy Dean Fayazrad, Ashlee Ace Fayazrad of Palm Springs, California, Joshua Dwayne Brown of McLoud, Oklahoma, Shelley Leann Brown of McLoud, Oklahoma and Michael Shane Merrell of Pocasset. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
