He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Holley and Vida Holley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Holley; his children, Karen Holley and Susan Carothers; his siblings, Donna Roberts and Donald Holley; his grandchildren, Chance Carothers and Suzanne Cassady; and his great grandchild Marco Parra.
