Vargas (Palm Springs, California), born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on January 30, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Moises Tagle and Maria Tagle; her husband Albert D. Vargas; her children, Edward A. Vargas and Yvonne Vargas (Peety); and her granddaughter Julia Ainsworth (Rich). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
