She is survived by: her husband Dale; her grandchildren, Katlyn, Evan, Camille, Brian, Hannah and Callie; her siblings, Darry, Lavina Johnson, Buddy and Patricia Johnson of Kansas; and her children, Cary, Carla, Cristy and K. C..
