He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Soledad Valadez; his children, Alex Vieyra, Sandra Vieyra (Alfredo), Irma Getz, Anna Chavez (Ben), David Valadez and Alfonso Valadez, Jr. (Diana); his parents, Ramiro Valadez and Bertha Anaya; his grandmother Anita Servin; and his siblings, Luis Valadez, Ramiro Valadez and Leticia Valadez. He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
