It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robbins Richard (Palm Desert, California), who passed away on December 4, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Franklin Robbins and Florence Mae Greenlee; his brother Charles; and his stepchildren, Nancy Cathey (Charles), Susan Anderson (David), Nikki Blake (Perry), Jayne Hofhine (Mike) and Richard Noyes Jr. (Stacy). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
