He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Raleigh was full of energy, joy, and kindness. He spent a handful of hours teaching me the basics of sailing last summer in McCall, Idaho. A memory that already felt incredibly special. He definitely lived life to its fullest. What an example to us all. Watching him with his family, it was so incredibly easy to see how much he loved each and every one of them. So sweet and gentle with his parents, loving to his wife, and a big caring papa bear to his girls. I am truly so sorry. So heartbreaking.”
