Weinstein of Palm Desert, California, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 5, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Edith "Andy" Weinstein; his parents, Edward Weinstein and Bess Weinstein; and his brothers, Herb and Dan Weinstein.
He is survived by: his children, Jan Weinstein, Tom Weinstein (Laurie), Liz Kleifield (David), Claudia Cohen (Arthur), Popeye (Eric) of Arielle, Roanne Mesirow, Matthew, Brendan Weinstein (Kali), Justin Kleifield, Lainie Blatt (Ryan), Nicki Kleifield, Sam, Cassie and Amanda Cohen; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Olivia and Augie; and his sister Jeanne Barnes (late John).
