She is survived by: her former husband Jack Banks; her stepdaughter Cristy Jones Thompson; her grandchildren, Levi, Lila and Charlotte; her stepchildren, Angela Neal, Heather Banks Gutowski and Jonathon Banks; her grandchildren, Riley, Taylor and Conner; and her nieces, Lauren Morris and Julie Morris.
