She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris E. Ellison Belleville and Elmer "Buzz" R. Belleville; her brother Elmer "Buzz" L. Belleville; and her sister-in-law Janet "Jan" Cox Belleville. She is survived by: her children, Kara Skruck Williams of Carbondale and Jeffrey Skruck of Oceanside; her grandchildren, Kaylin Williams, Benjamin Williams and John Skruck; her son-in-law Quent Williams; and her sister Janice Jones of Poland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
To honor Connie's memory, her family suggests donating to the American Heart Association or Mended Hearts.
