She is survived by: her husband Sam; her sons, Josh and Zak; her daughters-in-law, Emily and Tara; and her grandchildren, Story, Atlas, Lyric, Poet and Marissa.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to in Bonnie's name.
