He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Bergan and Audrey Bergan (Odegaard). He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Ann Thompson (Dwight) of Grand Forks, ND and Paul Bergan (Aileen) of Winnipeg; his nephews, Aaron Bergan (Alita), Kelly Bergan (Julie), Steven Thompson (Katrina) and Samuel Thompson; and his aunts, Phyllis Odegaard, Lois Markstrom and Sharon Fugleberg.
