He is survived by: his spouse Carole Hackl; his children, Christopher (Lynne), Carrie Berg Mason (Bob) and Camille Kuck (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Kiersten, Gwendolyn, Karin, Kylie, Forrest, Alaina, Sawyer, Joseph, Kendall and Nolan; his siblings, Mary Johnson (Jim), James and Julie (Michael Jubert); his son Craig; and his sister Anne.
